Gel fires will take the edge off a chilly room and are popular for use on an empty hearth, table top or hole in the wall style opening. Gel fire bowls make a safe alternative to candles and are fabulous at a dinner party and even work in the garden as they will not be blown out easily. Gel pours straight from the bottle into a reservoir giving a golden flame that can easily be put out with the lid provided. The Halo fire bowl collection is fitted with one size container that can easily be re-filled every 1-2 hours. Bio ethanol fires or bio fires are flueless fires that have been developed with the flexibility of heat control and a longer burn time so you can have a decorative fire when turned down or effective heating solution when fully open. When burning, 1 litre of bio ethanol can produce 7.1 kw of heat which will not disappear through the chimney.
Bio ethanol is a liquid made from the fermentation of plants into alcohol which is denatured with the added benefit of being a green energy source.
Our wall hung or ready made bioethanol models can easily be moved from room to room and be taken with you when you move house. If you are looking for a traditional style fire then a bio ethanol fuel box may be the answer. The fire boxes can be placed in your existing fire grate and decorated with ceramic logs or stones.
